Sending Invoices

Haiku.lt sends invoices as PDF attachments by email. Pick a delivery method, customize how the email looks, and you’re set.

• Gmail (OAuth) setup — send directly from your Gmail account, no password sharing.
• SMTP setup — works with any email provider; required for non-Gmail users.
• Email templates and variables — choose a template, customize subject and body, use Handlebars variables and line-item loops.
• Brand customization — upload a logo and set brand colors used by the HTML templates.
