Haiku.lt provides a simple and fast way to manage invoices. Before using the Haiku.lt service, please review the terms of service outlined below.
By using the system, you (User) agree to the following terms with the Haiku.lt service owner (Owner):
Data and Privacy

User agrees that the Owner will maintain certain private information about them as specified in the privacy policy.

User data is protected according to GDPR regulations. For detailed information about your data rights, see our GDPR page.
Third-Party Services

User may allow Haiku.lt to create files in their cloud storage account (Google Drive) through explicit OAuth authorization.

User may allow Haiku.lt to send emails through their email account (Gmail) through explicit OAuth authorization.

User may allow Haiku.lt to read their calendar events (Google Calendar) through explicit OAuth authorization. Calendar access is read-only and enables creating invoices based on calendar entries. Calendar data is accessed temporarily and not stored by Haiku.lt.

Haiku.lt uses Stripe for payment processing of premium subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan, User agrees to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
Account Control

User may invite other users to access and manage their account.

All account access by other users is logged in an audit trail for security purposes.

User can revoke access permissions at any time through their account settings.
Service Limitations

Owner is not responsible for the User’s accurate accounting, as Haiku.lt is not a complete accounting tool.

Haiku.lt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users.
